Kelo-cote is a patented topical silicone gel for the management and prevention of abnormal scars in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids. Kelo-cote gel self-dries within 4-5 minutes to a waterproof gas permeable membrane that acts like an extra layer of skin. It helps soften, flatten and smooth raised scars whilst maintaining the moisture balance and elasticity of the adjacent skin. It also reduces discolouration, redness and associated itching, pain and discomfort of scars. Kelo-cote can be used on flexures, joints and irregular surfaces as well as large scar areas. It can also be used in conjunction other treatment options such as pressure garments; cosmetics and sun protection can be applied once Kelocote has dried. Kelo-Cote advanced Formula Scar Gel is intended for the management of old and new hypertrophic and keloid scars resulting from general surgical procedures, trauma, wounds and burns. Kelo-Cote is suitable for use on children and people with sensitive skin.

Our standard UK & Ireland delivery charge is FREE for all orders over £35 (excludes infant baby formula and orders containing bulky / heavy items. These are not available for free delivery)

Orders under £35 are £3.95 for Standard UK Delivery, and £5.95 for Express UK Delivery. Please note, 'express' orders are dispatched as a priority and sent via Royal Mail 24. This is not a guaranteed next day service

DPD fully tracked service is available from £6.99. This is usually a 2 day service.

Standard delivery for international orders will normally be approximately 7-14 days for customers within the EU and 7-21 days for customers outside of the EU. We cannot guarantee transit times through customs so on some occasions this may take a little longer.

Our standard delivery charges for international customers are from £29.99 within Europe and £49.99 for the Rest of the World. This will cover the postage of almost all orders. If we need to give you a quote for international postage for example due to weight we will contact you as soon as possible after ordering.

Some items such as medicines and products classified by the Civil Aviation Authority as Dangerous Goods such as aerosols cannot be shipped internationally.

We understand that there may be occasions when the items you have ordered may no longer be suitable or they may not have been received as expected. 

If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. This applies as long as items are unused and are returned with the original, undamaged packaging. 

* Please note, once items are opened and or used, products cannot be returned. Items received broken or damaged need to be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt to the email address below. We will then correspond with you directly to resolve the issue. Products of a medicinal (including medicines), cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

In the event of a refund, these will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Card issuers will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as 7 days for a refund to be acknowledged by your bank or card issuer.
