Do you accept orders for prescription medicines?
No orders for prescription medicines will be accepted at this moment in time.
When will I receive my Order?
Once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched it will usually arrive within 2 days if you are a UK customer. Customers from Ireland should receive their order in 3-4 days. For international customers based outside Ireland, delivery depends on the country but a minimum of 5-7 days. Your order will be tracked and will require a signature. This is something to bear in mind. If you feel that your order is late please get in touch and we will resolve any issues.
Where can you deliver to?
Some products are registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and we can only supply these products to customers in the UK. Products which are registered with the MHRA include medicines. We offer worldwide delivery on products which aren't registered with the MHRA.
Why do I have to fill out a questionnaire on certain products and not for others?
A questionnaire will need to be completed for any pharmacy or general sales list medicines we have for sale on our website. The information you provide will be reviewed by one of our pharmacists. Sometimes they may need to confirm certain details or talk to you about your order. It is important to leave your contact information so they can process your order as efficiently as possible.
What happens to my personal information?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only people who will have access to your personal information will be the pharmacist reviewing your order and a suitably trained member of staff who will help the pharmacist to put your order together. All information will be treated with confidentiality as you would expect from any pharmacy.
None of your information will be shared or sold to third parties. A record of any sales will be kept securely for a period of 5 years.
All card payments are securely handled by a secure provider.
