Hylo-Tear is a sterile preservative-free solution containing 0.1% sodium hyaluronate. Hylo Tear is a lubricating eye drop for treating all symptoms of dry eye sensation. Hylo Tear dispenses 300 preservative-free drops of equal size. Remains sterile for 6 months from opening. Contains Sodium Hyaluronate 0.1%. Preservative Free, Phosphate Free. Sodium Hyaluronate is a thick elastic polymer that is found naturally throughout the body, particularly in areas of the body that need lubrication, such as the joints and the structures of the eye. When applied as eye drops it forms a transparent film that coats the surface of the eyeball. The film is able to 'hold on' to water molecules in the tears, which helps keep the eyeball moist, and remains stable when you blink, thus providing lasting lubrication for the eyes. The drops are used as artificial tears to moisten, lubricate and soothe dry eyes. Hylo-Tear Eye Drops provide soothing relief from the symptoms of dry eyes, such as soreness, irritation or a gritty sensation. These may be caused by your eye not producing enough tears to keep the eye moist, or by things such as certain medical conditions or treatments, prolonged use of computer screens (where you tend to blink less and thus not lubricate the eyes sufficiently), or drying atmospheric conditions such as air-conditioning, central heating or atmospheric pollution. Hylo-Tear eye drops are preservative-free and can be used by people who wear rigid or gas permeable contact lenses, or who are sensitive to preservatives.

Our standard UK & Ireland delivery charge is FREE for all orders over £30 (excludes infant baby formula and orders containing bulky/heavy items. These are not available for free delivery)
Orders under £30 are £2.99 for Standard UK Delivery, and £4.99 for Express UK Delivery. Please note, 'express' orders are dispatched as a priority and sent via Royal Mail 24. This is not a guaranteed next day service
DPD fully tracked service is available from £6.99. This is usually a 2 day service.
Orders under £30 are only £4.99 for Standard Ireland Delivery
Standard delivery for international orders will normally be approximately 7-14 days for customers within the EU and 7-21 days for customers outside of the EU. We cannot guarantee transit times through customs so on some occasions this may take a little longer.
Our standard delivery charges for international customers are from £24.99 within Europe and £39.99 for the Rest of the World. This will cover the postage of almost all orders. If we need to give you a quote for international postage for example due to weight we will contact you as soon as possible after ordering.
Some items such as medicines and products classified by the Civil Aviation Authority as Dangerous Goods such as aerosols cannot be shipped internationally.

We understand that there may be occasions when the items you have ordered may no longer be suitable or they may not have been received as expected.
If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. This applies as long as items are unused and are returned with the original, undamaged packaging.
* Please note, once items are opened and or used, products cannot be returned. Items received broken or damaged need to be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt to the email address below. We will then correspond with you directly to resolve the issue. Products of a medicinal (including medicines), cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
In the event of a refund, these will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Card issuers will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as 7 days for a refund to be acknowledged by your bank or card issuer.
