A gentle formula developed to cleanse and purify skin, without altering its pH balance. Suitable for use on the face and body, the soap-free gel is enriched with the brand's Thermal Spring Water to soothe and comfort skin, whilst a dose of Monolaurin regulates excess sebum to deliver a fresh, matte finish. Ideal for oily skin.
Avène Thermal Spring Water (50ml)
Refresh skin with the Thermal Spring Water spray. Its unique formula soothes hypersensitive, allergic and irritated skin by leaving a barrier on the skin to deliver long-lasting comfort and reduce itching. The versatile spray can be used by the whole family and is ideal for cooling sunburn, nappy rash and razor burns caused by shaving.
Avène Cleanance Expert Emulsion (40ml)
A multi-tasking, powdery-finish moisturiser that works to regulate sebum production and mattify the skin. Deeply hydrating, the formula delivers a gentle exfoliation without stripping the skin to unclog pores and leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and revitalised. Fortified with exclusive, triple action patented Diolényl®, the cream will eliminate spots and blemishes, limit the spread of acne causing bacteria and reduce redness and inflammation.

Our standard UK & Ireland delivery charge is FREE for all orders over £30 (excludes infant baby formula and orders containing bulky/heavy items. These are not available for free delivery)
Orders under £30 are £2.99 for Standard UK Delivery, and £4.99 for Express UK Delivery. Please note, 'express' orders are dispatched as a priority and sent via Royal Mail 24. This is not a guaranteed next day service
DPD fully tracked service is available from £6.99. This is usually a 2 day service.
Orders under £30 are only £4.99 for Standard Ireland Delivery
Standard delivery for international orders will normally be approximately 7-14 days for customers within the EU and 7-21 days for customers outside of the EU. We cannot guarantee transit times through customs so on some occasions this may take a little longer.
Our standard delivery charges for international customers are from £24.99 within Europe and £39.99 for the Rest of the World. This will cover the postage of almost all orders. If we need to give you a quote for international postage for example due to weight we will contact you as soon as possible after ordering.
Some items such as medicines and products classified by the Civil Aviation Authority as Dangerous Goods such as aerosols cannot be shipped internationally.

We understand that there may be occasions when the items you have ordered may no longer be suitable or they may not have been received as expected.
If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. This applies as long as items are unused and are returned with the original, undamaged packaging.
* Please note, once items are opened and or used, products cannot be returned. Items received broken or damaged need to be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt to the email address below. We will then correspond with you directly to resolve the issue. Products of a medicinal (including medicines), cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
In the event of a refund, these will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Card issuers will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as 7 days for a refund to be acknowledged by your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
